More Condolences from Friends and Loved Ones

March 25, 2011
Kenya 1976 - the start of a long distance friendship which continued with to and fro trips across the pond and many late night phone calls. We loved to hear from him, some people make a difference and he was one of them. Sadly, those phone calls have now ended. We'll miss you Mike but you will live on in our happy memories of great fun days. God bless you.

  1. I would like to extend my sincerest condolences to your family at this difficult time. I met Mike several years ago when I was a designer at Delhi Flower and Garden. He came into the store and really liked one of the trees I had decorated. From that time on until a few years ago, I decorated his home for Christmas. I was really impressed to see a man so interested in his home. How he enjoyed refinishing an old piece of furniture and so proud of how beautiful it looked when he was finished. He really had such an appreciation for beauty, and it showed in his home, his garden and during the Christmas season. He was such a kind, gentle, considerate and generous man. I will miss him. God bless you, you are in my prayers, Sincerely, Liz Gilkey
